When you place an order, join the Stitch Club, submit a custom request, or use our order lookup tool, we collect the information you provide directly — things like your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if given), and details about the item you're ordering (sizes, colors, personalization text, and any photos you upload).
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded along with basic order information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share limited information with the outside services that help us run the shop, and only as needed for them to do their job:

We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle any follow-up questions, and meet our own recordkeeping needs — generally no longer than necessary for those purposes.
You can view your order status anytime using your email and order number on our Order Status page, and manage or cancel a Stitch Club subscription anytime on our Manage Subscription page. If you'd like us to delete your personal information or have any other privacy question, just email us at bobbinsandbloom@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our site (which pages are popular, general traffic trends) so we can make it better. This data isn't tied to your name or used to identify you personally.
